Don't worry... I'm sure America's multinational corporations will be happy to pay taxes on money earned overseas. I'm sure they won't be at all persuaded to move offshore to a location that treats them better. Everyone knows that people don't respond to tax rates as incentives... don't they? I'm sure it's nothing at all to worry about and it won't result in a single (formerly) American job moving offshore.

I wonder if the extra federal income obtained will even offset the new costs associated with the 800 new federal agents tasked with this endeavor...
