Obama is scheduled to visit Spain on March 24th 2010.
People in Spain are already demanding that, when Obama visits Spain, he must bow to His Catholic Majesty the King of Spain, as he did to lower Monarchs such as the Saudi King and the so called "Emperor of Japan" (who pretends to be a living God).
Besides, Spain is a full member of the NATO.
A diplomatic incident may result out of this. You cannot create a precendent, set up a new protocol and then discriminate a King on the grounds of being white or Christian ...
