I am extremely disappointed with Paul Ryan and his first cut at budget. 2012 budget negotiations are a joke. What can we do, when both parties starting positions for negotiation are this bad?
Christie is refreshingly honest, but he already said he is not going to run in 2012. By 2016, debt will be 16 trillion, and at rates of 6% for 30 year treasury, debt servicing costs will be around 1 Trillion. If it is this hard to cut 100B, when servicing cost is 200B, how can he cut 1.7T when servicing cost is 1T?
