- The Mean Old Bastard...

The sense of entitlement in this SOB's little tantrum is what really astounds me. I disagree with Chris Christie on some very fundamental issues. But this A-hole talking about him like he's trying to take away Christmas because he's facing reality, and choosing the taxpayers over the unions strikes me as incredible.

The thing about NJ is that most of the people in the state aren't here for the weather or the natural beauty. We're here to work. And that means we don't pay much attention to politics. It's that environment which has allowed the public service unions to dominate Trenton and everyone who goes there.

But when a politician throws a tantrum like this, he doesn't just rally the faithful, he's waking up all the other people too. And when they see how much he's come to expect that the political machine simply gives him everything he wants, they'll react badly to it. Personally I'm disgusted that he thought he could simple waddle up to the trough and take anything he wants - and the taxpayer be damned.

For decades the people of NJ were ruled by, and had to be afraid of the unions. But the world has changed. Like the Greeks, the public service unions are at the end of the road. They are out of 'other people's money. And now, the unions has better learn that they need to be afraid of the rest of us.

F**! you Sweeney.... and the taxpayer funded horse you road in on. I don't know who's running against you yet, but when I find out, he's getting a check.

God isn't happy with Sweeney either.
