- Romney: 48 Obama: 43

I'm totally unsurprised.

Barak Obama was only elected president because most of the people in our center-right country thought he was a moderate centrist who would be a reasonable president while not being too much like George Bush. Now that we know his far (way far) left his animating principles are, Americans are rejecting him en masse. there are polls which say something different, but those polls are saying what liberals want them to say.

Bland as Romney may be (not entirely a bad thing) I personally still think Obama is going to get pounded like cheap veal come election day. For the first few weeks afterward (and for many weeks before) it will be blamed on racism (of course), but eventually we'll all get a good laugh at the excuses the left comes up with to explain reality away.

Assuming Obama loses badly, what do you think the chances are for a Rodney King / Watts type riots shortly afterwards?

He's so feminine that the black community might be as glad to be rid of him as anyone else.

Your observation is similar to what Spengler noted some years back.
