- Lindsay Lohan at The Whitehouse

I'm not much of a celebrity watcher because I don't really buy into that stuff. I don't think anyone is so special. Give me a choice between looking at an anonymous beautiful woman and Joy Behar and I'll take the beautiful woman any day (who wouldn't). I don't want to be famous and I don't admire people just for being famous. I'm sort of Donald Trump's polar opposite.

But the picture above seemed striking to me. It's human train-wreck Lindsay Lohan at the Whitehouse Correspondent's Dinner. If you ask me I think she's taking that whole 'Twilight' thing just a little too seriously. Either that, or she should really see a doctor.

Nice wine bottle in the foreground - is she really beyond it? Such poignancy!

Looks more like she's doing the "Big T" thing to "gin up" her upcoming role. I can see how you could confuse retro Liz Taylor for vamp.

I have a thing for women in distress. So I have to be honest here - I have a thing for Lindsay Lohan.

I've always gone for the crazy ones too, but Lindsay Lohan? There is no fixing that chick.

In fact, there is usually no fixing any of them, it's just a matter of finding out how much damage you'll let them do to you before you bail.

My life has problems enough thanks, and yours probably does too.

She's probably a real carnival ride though.

Having gone through dating a bi-sexual-half-Puerto-Rican-raised-Jewish-but-practicing-Wiccan chick in my early 20's.... I had enough 'crazy' to last me a lifetime.

GF's after her were pretty sane (albeit not too many of them). Wife (thankfully) is also level headed.

As Tom stated.. the Crazy ones are a carnival ride.. but best viewed from a distance and not actually ridden.

Yes, I am through with the carnival rides, and they are all unfixable - but ... I stay aware of my "things" becaue if I don't they will be my downfall.

Not to be too indelicate, but I'm not 100% certain you guys are getting exactly what I mean when I say "carnival ride".
