This is gonna sting. According to Reverend Jeremiah Wright, representatives of the Obama campaign offered him money to shut up.
All I can say to that is, "G**Damn!" that's a BIG story.
This has got to have the folks at the NYTimes losing their minds. They can't pretend this is isn't there.

Credit where credit is due -- Reverend Wright is a racist demagogue, but at least he's honest about his hatred of white America. Maybe it was just that the initial offer was too low, but it just might be that the Reverend is one of those stubborn troublemakers who can't be bribed to shut up at any price.
A few years ago, it seemed like Obama was embarrassed because of his previous association with Reverend Wright. Looks as if now, Reverend Wright has cause to be embarrassed because of his previous association with Barack Obama.
