Found this in the retrospective roundup as well - originally posted on August 7,2008. It's a clip by put together by some fan from a RadioDerb piece.
It's particularly inspiring given the treatment "Our Man Derb" has gotten at the hand of the racial grievance lobby and those that fear them.
