Team Obama has already shown to the satisfaction of the Washington Post at least, that they are perfectly willing to outright lie about Mitt Romney's background and work history. So when asked by someone not on the romney team why he won't release his last 40 years of Tax retruns he gave what I feel is a perfectly rational answer:
Sounds reasonable to me. It's not like the Obama campaign hasn't already demonstrated that they are willing to lie outright to distort his past.
Mitt Romney is not without faults, but he is in my opinion, very likely the most squeaky clean presidential candidate since George Washington. This is as opposed to Obama who was a close associate of Racists, Felons, domestic terrorists and other enemies of the United States. I'd say he lives in a glass house, but for the last 4 years the press has been frantic in painting it all over so no one can see in.

The ultimate "on message" Republican John Sununu is saying many of the things I just did. I had no idea he was going there, but I'm proud to have the same instinct occur to me.

By the way.... saying that Romney "killed companies" is like claiming that every doctor who signed a death certificate is a murderer. The companies were killed long before Romney got there.
Somewhere out there is a guy who thinks he deserves 250K a year for cutting my 1 acre of lawn. Not all jobs deserve to be saved.
The problem remains that Mitt playing the role of a monocle and top-hat wearing fat cat who is hiding his super-duper tax-cheating in super-scary Cayman and Swiss accounts, "sounds reasonable" to the majority(?) of voters, and certainly to the rent-seeking lowest common denominator. Throw in a dash of compliant/willfully ignorant MSM, some racism if needed, and voila, FOMO.
Bzod..sort of have to agree with you. These days the average American has the attention span of a 2 yr old.So this plays really well and Axelrod knows it.
I would yell "The Emporer Has No Clothes" but once again I go back to the 2 yr old.
BHO thought it was ok to use the F-word a month ago on Tee shirts. Mitt should tell BHO to f... off!!.Enough already
