- Overt Racism At NBC

I'm ripping this off from 'The Corner' but I thought it was worth repeating. NBC has a web page up of Tuesday's speakers from the GOP convention and has specifically edited out any of the 'people of color' who spoke that night. If this were done by the GOP I have little doubt NBC news would be the first to demand that they be driven from Washington at bayonet point. But when NBC news does it it's considered ... what...? I'm at a loss.

No dog whistles here. NBC is simply excluding people explicitly because of their race.

I can't wait to hear their excuse for this.

Since most of the country wasnt watching last (including a famous blogger from New Joisy) they wont know it happened. The Romney campaign needs to bring this up and play it as an insult to all Americans and is shameful.I wouldnt wait for other media to call them on the carpet

I watch CSPAN's coverage. No BS.
But IU happened to spin the dials whenever a Republican of Color took thge stage: PBS, PMSNBC, and CNN all chose to run commercials or discuss something else while the Gov of Puerto Rico delivered one hell of a speech.

I think the libs have exhausted the throwing the Race card on the turn.
Race game over.

I tend to agree. I think they jumped the shark on this issue after Mathews the other day.

The only thing left is to assert that being a Mormon is the same thing as being in the Klan. It's obviously not true, but that hasn't stopped them to now.

I think I mentioned this a few days ago, but the Marxists on the left have been ginning up the whole Mormon=Racist thing since Romney started to take the primaries.

I've heard such nonsense as "the book of Mormon and the Church of Latter Day Saints did not consider "blacks" as "humans" until the 1970's...
I remind them that the Democrat party did the same thing for the better part of two centuries.

The other smear: Mormon's have forcibly raped girls, therefor Romney is complicit in any forcible rapes.

That's like saying Mickey Mantle was an Alcoholic, therefor all Mickey Mantle fans promoted alcoholism...

The left is running on fumes.

That homo from PBS looked deeply saddened by Republican women and Repub Minorities actually having a prominent role in the party.

A hologram would make a better president than the dissembling, failed, racist, wee-weed up, narcissistic, America-hating, golf-vacationing, one-term-is-one-too-many, Alinsky socialist, effeminate, limp-wristed, scandal-diverting, U.S. border patrol agent-killing, media-anointed, self-proclaimed Obamessiah
