- Paul Ryan: What's Not To Like?!

Ikaika called my attention to this in an email this AM. Apparently the guy's the 'real deal' when it comes to hunting.

So he's a mid 40's, tall, thin, wonky Irish guy who bowhunt's in his spare time. Seems like exactly the kind of guy I'd like to see running the country.

The talk is that the seniors won't like him, but he's proposing the repeal of Obama's 700 Billion dollar cuts in Medicare. He's proposing fixing things down the road, but that won't affect current retiree's, so what's not to like?

No I mean it. what's his weakness because I don't see it. (And not just because he reminds me of me.)

Agree. This am even Cramer said that Ryan has a 6 packs of abs. They were comparing workout regimens and Cramer was in awe.Said you would never kmow he was a politician.JESUS PERFECT.
He sleeps most nights on the couch in his office. Can you say hard worker?
A poll released a little while ago said that Ryan didnt add much tot he ticket.Dems were applauding until the reason he hasnt really added to the ticket is that people dont "know" him.Well theyre about to and only people who are not willing to really listen(libtards) will like him.I think he will make older folks feel "downright" at home.Talk of love for the outdoors. Talk about losing his father in high school. Be a normal human being and that right there separates from BHO and Joey. Im nervous but Paul here are the keys to the car .Be careful and have fun.

p. I can taste the deer sausage now....

First chance to have a real adult in the white house in a long time. Only fear is the folks getting the freebies. They are swayed by fear, not facts.

My one beef with Ryan is he leans towards the open borders camp. Though a back-burner issue when compared to the state of the economy, immigration at some point will need to be addressed.

I would rather have more in the way of German engineers immigrating to the USA. And a lot less of countries like Mexico exporting their criminal gangs.

Given the urban environs which I live, I see a lot more bad than good from our current immigration policies.

Hopefully there will be enough new blood in the House and Senate to bring up the issue once tax and spending reform is addressed.
