It's good to see some consistency at least from the Illinois state legislature. They now would like to eliminate 'anonymous' comments from the internet by doing the same thing to to first amendment that they propose doing to the second:

It is actually pretty good. I was there on an early expat scouting mission a few weeks ago. A step slower than the FIOS I have, but nothing like AOL days of yore.
