- The Antifa 'Sucker Punch' Tactic

This is interesting. Australian Conservative Pundit Andrew Bolt was having lunch in a Melbourne Restaurant when the local 'Anti-Fa' spotted him and decided to wait outside to bushwhack him as he left. Bolt fought back, which is something the girls of antifa simply never expect:

Antifa does love the sucker punch don't they? It's very brave of them isn't it? If only they had a bike lock on them.

People have been kidding me for years because I expend so much energy on situational awareness. When I leave a place or enter a place I almost always take a few seconds in the transition to check out the room or the street, and get at least a little bit of a handle on what's going on. In my case it probably is paranoia. I'm not exactly a public figure. But the dweebs of Antifa so love the 'creep up from behind and hit him when he's not looking' tactic', that it's sounding less and less crazy.

And the thing about the masks. Antifa thinks this makes them look cool, when all it really does is make them look cowardly. "By Any Means Necessary", so long as no one can recognize us tell our parents. What a bunch of pansy poseurs.

Good for Andrew Bolt.

HT Ace.

It's not crazy at all. This is a real big problem in the civilian sector - we are programmed to be sheep.

I spend a large part of my time now in policy circles and part of my time in the security industry as a contractor. When I'm with the policy people I often get some flack b/c it's exactly that, "I must be crazy." I sit with my back to the wall in restaurants. I carry. I "cut the pie" when I move around corners in urban settings and tall vehicles in parking lots. Years of training but also instinct. By FLETC's standards we were always supposed to be in "yellow" mode, representing being alert, attentive for problems, etc., a few steps down from orange - trouble brewing, red - trouble starting, black - a firefight. Civilians (sheep) live in a white zone, comfortably unaware, oblivious. That's exactly how we were taught and I assume that color code system is still in effect, as is the inherent implication of such lessons; thinking like a civilian, letting your situational awareness down, can get you killed.

With feet firmly planted in the civilian world now my impression is that the curious disdain I occasionally receive with regards to both my outlook and comportment, I think is reflected in what is both naïveté and just a total inability to comprehend, that trouble is just a step away at any given time. This outlook informs a majority of the electorate and it translates into both personal and collective failings with regards to our security. Worse in Europe than here in the US. As I compose this post, Labour's tally, now in the majority, would seem to indicate that England is in no place to deal with what's on their plate.

Mr. Bolt, getting assaulted by what appears to be two much younger men, makes my stomach turn. Those are some big boys, picking on the older man for his beliefs and daring to express them.

I'm going to say this again and again until it starts happening... This is a great video b/c Bolt fights them off (and kudos to him). But what would have made this an awesome video is if Bolt pulled out a Glock (Perfection) and proceeded to double tap both of those idiots, center mass.

We're in a war, a war of ideas, a war for our freedom, and increasingly a war, period. I'm not sure we here on the conservative side get this yet. When you fight a war, or a street brawl for that matter, you fight to win and you bring overwhelming firepower to the fight. I have no concern of "escalation," or, "well, they might get guns too." In this culture, in this time, we have every advantage on our side... we've got the guns and we've got the numbers. The police, the military, the militias, everyone with a Gadsden flag on their car... we own this fight but I'm concerned with their control of the media and academy, that it can change. It would have changed had Hillary gotten in and it was changing under the watch of Obama.

I'm not advocating for a war or revolution and I am not implying that cops and militias are the same thing but there is something dark and formidable in this evolution of the Left going on that likely has not been seen in this country since the late 1960's. Though nascent and consisting largely of snowflakes, it has currency in the Millennial crowd and all those movements that featured the red star started out with noble thoughts and communal intent.

Keep your situational awareness up, it's going to come in handy.
